1. Timeframe for Returns:

• You may return your product within 14 days from the day product is physically received.

2.  Condition of Returns:

• Product must be in it's original, unused condition.

• All tags, labels and packaging must be intact.

3.  Reasons for Returns:

• Returns are accepted for reasons such as defects, incorrect item received, or dissatisfaction with the product.

4.  Return Process:

• Clearly state the reason for your return and provide any necessary supporting documentation.

5.  Refund or Exchange:

• You may choose either a refund or exchange for the returned products.

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after receiving the returned item(s).

6. Exceptions:

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the outlined criteria.

• Returns received after the specified timeframe may not be accepted.
